I used to think all food was good.
I’ve started to eat a lot healthier. I avoid eating anything that comes in a prepackage d box or container.
I have more energy. It costs more. Its hard to do all the time. But I think its the direction we need to go.
Dr. Mark Hyman says “Food is medicine.” I’m now seeing the truth in food.

I used to think sleep was a waste of time.
That people who sleep too much are lazy.

This TED talk shows me a new perspective on sleep and what I will believe for now.
Seems accurate for now. Definitely worth 22 minutes of your life.
Now back to sleep.

I need to change a lot of my habits.
Maybe 30 minutes a day to start.
I have had a mental block about “selling.” This video helps me clarify my thoughts on it.
